Applications are invited for a leave replacement position in Chinese language for the 2027-28 academic year, with the possibility of renewal depending on the candidate’s job performance and the approval of the College. The teaching will begin in September 2027. Depending on the candidate’s qualifications, the appointment will be made at the level of either visiting lecturer or visiting Assistant Professor. The teaching load will consist of four courses during the academic year (typically two in the fall semester and two in the spring semester). Depending on staffing, one of those four courses might include a disciplinary course in the visitor’s area of specialization. This is a full-time position. Compensation includes salary and insurance benefits.
